I am a process driven Social Worker and Operations Leader with a long history in leading diverse teams and designing and implementing processes that optimize and enhance performances across a wide scope of industries, including pharmaceuticals, food service, and healthcare.Recently, I completed my Master of Social Work through Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Work. During that time, I completed internships with Morneau Shepell, as a Tele-Health Crisis Counselor and Our Family Promise of Morris County as a Case Manager Intern. These Internships offered my invaluable insight and experience in supporting crisis intervention and client case management. As a Project Manager and Leader, I am able to cultivate a positive work environment that achieves service excellence and operations standardization, while also emphasizing personal accountability.I am able to quickly analyze the needs of locations and tackle those needs with an organized approach. I have created initiatives that mold personnel and improve engagement, cut costs, target inefficiencies, and lead under performing operations toward success. I possess a passion for partnering with physicians, nurses, and other clinical providers to improve client experience and outcomes. I am currently looking for an opportunity to merge my full scope of operations leadership and clinical and social work experience in a leadership role that will allow me to channel my drive for success and my compassion for support, guidance and advocacy.
