Hi! I am the current program support for the SMART Program. This nonprofit organization provides students with access to educational resources focusing on academic tutoring, mentoring, and development for rising 4th—12th graders. Art-related, expressive, and mindfulness projects inspire my facilitation and planning. I was also the former Environmental Resource Center Director at San Francisco State University through an auxiliary organization called Associated Students, leading student initiatives regarding sustainability, reducing waste, and education. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s and Master’s in International Relations at San Francisco State University, where I am interested in learning about global issues, cultures, and policies. I plan to use my degree to advocate for social justice, international and local food systems, policy, and human rights.
