As a Content Creator at Moxie I lead content creation and content strategy for top brands, such as Chick-fil-A, Delta, Wells Fargo, Nutrish, The Coca Cola Company, and more. I play a hybrid role bringing together creative and strategy to produce content that's right for the audience, channel and brand. I have many hats and do everything from taking Instagram pictures and writing Twitter copy to dreaming up larger creative concepts and creating holistic campaign strategies. I serve as a the connector between strategy, media and creative. I bring ideas to life across platforms and weave the thread that turns a single piece of content into so much more. I believe that truly innovative and engaging content is the result of collaboration - and I make that happen. A snap isn't just a picture. A tweet isn't just 140 characters. To me, it's content. How do brands get content posted daily or respond to the thousands of incoming tweets and comments across platforms? As a Social Engagement Coordinator at Moxie I did just that. I was responsible for managing and engaging the various social communities across brands. I'm no stranger to community crisis situations, social media management tools or interpreting analytics. Not only was I responsible for content publishing and community management, but I also informed social strategy and recommendations for our clients. I kept an ear to the ground across the ever changing social landscape and formulated POVs for our brands. The nature of social is real-time. Through various tools, I helped to monitor, alert and respond to real-time opportunities for our brands. I helped to create content that was specifically designed for social. Social is a two-way, constant conversation - and I helped our brands stay a part of it. Clients included Chick-fil-A, Nutrish, Sonny's BBQ, My Coke Rewards, South Beach Diet and more.
