• Responsible for strategic goal setting, tracking, and reporting across the organization.• Manage project planning implementation and evaluation across Profession & Continuing Education (PACE) entire educational portfolio including non-degree, Non-Credit, online, and graduate programming.• Apply standards and best practices for project management and implementation and assist in assigning projects across PACE project managers and coordinators to ensure consistency in resource allotment and work plans.• Align functional areas including finance, marketing, operations, customer service, and instructional design, to maximize efficient and effective program delivery through clearly acknowledged project plans and metrics through well-defined project scope, goals, and deliverables.• Monitor, interpret, analyze, document, and communicate pace of program development according to timeline and schedule using appropriate software.• Work in close conjunction with the Portfolio Manager to assess feasibility, market research, course enrollments, budgeting and planning on all programs and projects based on clear timelines, determined use of internal and external resources, Instructional Design documentation, and associate management oversight in processing and support.• Collaborate with cross-functional Associate Management team members to problem solve, make recommendations, and communicate out solutions and updates on functional operations in support of projects.• Direct supervisor of 7 reports including project managers and project coordinators.

● Cross-functional team leader managing multiple projects and portfolios, both within UVM and across community, state, and corporate stakeholders, to produce high quality educational experiences/products. ● Scaled growth of UVM adult learner/professional program portfolio from under 100K to over 500K annually from 2016 to 2018.● Manager of the University of Vermont’s Summer University (10+ mil budget), Post-Baccalaureate Premedical program (2+ mil budget), and Legal Issues in Higher Education Conference.● Led strategic problem-solving initiatives around implementing new technological systems processes and strategic policy initiatives set by executive administration.● Perform tasks central to programs progress: setting milestones, strategic planning, budgeting, resource management, and team management, recruitment/management of faculty, teaching assistants, and third-party vendors. ● Consistently maintain, review, and update online programming and instructional design for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance standards in all online instructional design and advertising/promotional efforts. ● Review market research for economic viability of new programming and utilize trends in employment demographics to inform course development.
