As Product Director, I work on client projects to help define, shape, and execute new product development. I lead teams of designers, engineers, and project managers to develop a product vision, build MVPs, and launch products. In addition to strategy and project leadership, I am often responsible for user research, and I develop custom research plans for each project using different research methods, such as interviews, focus groups, A/B testing, and analytics.I also lead our product practice at Upstatement - the area of business specifically dedicated to new product development. As the Product lead, I partner with marketing to develop and execute communication strategies, I inform hiring and development plans, and I focus on developing our internal product development skillsets.
