While working in this position I have been able to enhance the skills I have obtained from my previous employment. I have helped train about 10 seasonal employees each Christmas season for the past 2 years. This position requires extensive knowledge of the various products we carry in order to properly aid customers in finding the perfect gift, as well as the ability to properly communicate the functions and benefits of the product. While in this job position I handled around 100 customers an hour, developed excellent customer service skills. I would frequently be required to work as more than one position at a time, having to multitask to be able to get the task done with accuracy in the allotted time. I was a supervisor for a short period of time where in I had to delegate tasks, schedule time for breaks, and encourage group morale.
