At Chrysalis I work with three special needs clients. I attend to them at their house, watching over them, handing out meds, and making sure they’re okay. I am in charge of the appropriate paper work during my shift which is used for the state to determine their behavior plans.

I worked the register, helped with floor set. Learned how to open and close. Occasionally helped run the front of the store.

I worked the Night Audit. I was a trainer. I dealt with check ins and check outs. I ran the front desk, helped with guests when needed.

At golden corral I have learned many communication skills. I learned responsibility in taking care of my tables. I have gained leadership in closing my section, helping out training, and helping other.

I worked the counter shift. My responsibilities include, working the till, with money, greeting customers, taking their orders, backing the food, drive thru, ice-cream making, cleaning up, and more. I learned how to control conversations with the guest and stay calm, happy, and friendly. I leaned speed and accuracy.

Counter, Plant care taker; I first started out at Tony's Grove as a plant water/Caretaker. I then moved on to the counter and helped with sales, and landscaper. I was able to learn how to communicate with costumers and learn how to handle situations. As time progressed I received a 50 cent raise, and more responsibilities, such as learning how to close and count money.
