CurrentIncreased employee retention and satisfaction through leadership style and mentoring; the staff has grown from 10 to over 40 employees. Observes and provides coaching to a staff of 40+ people, including Auditors, Senior Auditors and Audit Department Clerks to enhance customer service and operational effectiveness.Trained another manager in another office while opening an audit department in another location that managed from Seattle with monthly visits. Trains new and existing Employees, as well as create and enhance training manuals for both the Audit Clerk Position and Auditor Position.Lead the creation of and testing of an upgraded software for in-house audit system and that is utilized between two different departmentsCreated new training procedures to be used with specialized audit software.Created a Standard Operating Procedure change to enhance the accuracy, efficiency and consistency to completing an audit. Implemented 7 different trust funds, which required collaborating with each Trust Fund's Attorneys, Account Executives and Trustees (both internal and external stakeholders). On track for meeting audit cycle for all of Trust Funds audited (an accomplishment that has not been met in several years).Experience with working with Labor Unions both on the employee side and administrator side. Has a deep understanding of labor agreements to ensure benefits are properly applied to the employees. Performs special requested audits by the Board of Trustees, local unions or upper management. Meets annual cycle production goal of conducting 2000 audits per year set by upper management and Trustees of the Funds administered. Completes quarterly reports of the Department's production to be reviewed by the Board of Trustees for all Trust Funds Administrator.Enhancing and improving the overall quality of audit procedures and policies by working with Account Executives and Trustees on their operating guidelines requirements.
