Current•Serves as a Certified Core Instructor by instructing/facilitating leadership training sessions to over 5,000 employees; coordinates training activities including working with Subject Matter Experts to develop curriculum; ensures training program priorities are met and properly executed•Designs and develops leadership and employee learning and development curriculum using adult learning principles (Instructor Led, Virtual Led, and In-person training)•Presents and facilitates training information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures•Serves as the Program Manager and representative for an interagency Office of Personnel (OPM) Leadership 360 Program, which provides over 500 DOJ leaders with a 360-leadership assessment and coaching sessions improve leadership effectiveness•Manages a financial account of $500,000 for an interagency Leadership 360 Program, oversees/updates contract and interagency agreements, and ensures funding is appropriately allocated to meet program goals and objectives•Collaborated with agency Industrial Organizational Psychologists (IOPs) to create surveys, analyze survey data, and develop a simulation and writing assessment for a job analysis project; resulted in the creation of a new agency-wide selection system to evaluate potential candidates•Wrote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports to document research, project, and job analysis results•Analyzed and interpreted qualitative and quantitative data from the agency’s Annual Employee Survey; Produced written reports, made recommendations, and provided insight about the overall leadership, climate, and engagement of the workforce•Served as Program Manager of an agency-wide Mentoring Initiative; arranged and coordinated high level meetings between Executives and approximately 900 employees seeking mentoring services
