Creates metrics used for Procurement to analyze monthly projected goals for all of the Production department's needs. Sterilization shipments are sent to a local sterilization facility per the Production build schedule.

Takes part in manufacture practices within a GMP bio technicalfacility. This involves manual processing of UBM and includes all aspectsfrom collection of raw materials to packaging of the final product. Performs workindependently to a high degree of standard in bio material handling.Collects raw materials, rinsing and initial cleaning of raw materials upon receipt,separation and removal of unwanted tissues, disinfection process, preparation of storage, cleaningsolutions, and standardize sterile cleaning of all tools and instruments used daily. Also, documentingand tracking materials, keeping track of when supplies become low or need to be purchased,processing raw materials for final product including, but not limited to cutting/trimming to size,lyophilizing, and packaging.

Receives all incoming shipments into the warehouse using computer aided functions. Prints labelsfor finished product in accordance with FDA regulations and guidelines. Helps assemble beginningstages of product into final production standards. Maintain up-to-date inventory records by performingquarterly inventory cycle counts. In addition, to end of year warehouse audits. Performs monthlydata, charts, and records for management. Processes RMAs and transfersof all inventory along with processing customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping all devicesin accordance with approved SOPs. Prepare shipping labels using FedEx/UPS software solutions, accommodated all personal issues, staff training and cross training, amongst numerous tasks.

Handling of all stock items in the warehouse of the company with the use of transporting andlifting equipment, receiving of deliveries into the warehouse and checking associated paperwork,filling orders that are received from the departments, Loading and unloading of trucks, and Basicaccounting duties to compare bills with invoices and clearance activities, as well as the use ofHandheld computers.
