Take a lead in other activities that develop PRI’s business such as marketing initiatives, systems development, thought leadership etc.

1. Owning the full recruitment cycle (360) with the assistance of a Mentor (Senior Consultant) and guided weekly/monthly targets from Management.2. Working on roles as assigned by management and assisting on roles from senior consultants and consultants.12. Setting up interviews and ensuring candidates are best prepared.13. Performing any admin tasks and other duties as assigned by management.14. Being the point of contact between clients and candidates, following up consistently and providing feedback in a professional and timely manner.
