I managed a team of Social Media Support agents who actively helped our customers and consultants through social media platforms. We monitored comments, engaged with customers and provided support. In my leadership role, I tracked agent progress, provided training and consistent coaching.

My position with Vault Denim included managing all of the corporate communications, designing all the flyers and advertisements, photographing new products, filming and editing all of the company videos, managing the financing process, and supporting the Mrs. America partnership.

During my internship, I promoted the bands online, helped organize company events such as holiday parties, promoted shows, reached out to bloggers and the media, designed marketing material, booked venues for shows, and assisted the band Native June.

While working with World Coast Management, I was responsible for styling photo shoots, writing press releases, reaching out to the media, working with bloggers, designing flyers and online marketing material, helping plan large events, overseeing LA Fashion Week interns, and helping manage social media marketing.
