Brittney is an EIP Reading Teacher For grades Kindergarten - 2nd grade under Savannah Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS). In her role as an EIP Reading Teacher, Brittney works with students who struggle to learn how to read and uses the Science of reading and Ga DOE best practices to support her students. Former roles as a Certified Elementary School Teacher under SCCPSS included Brittney fulfilling roles as a Pre-K and Kindergarten Teacher. Brittney has worked as an educator in the school system to utilize her skills and talents to ignite and excite learning in young students.Brittney is a former Registered Behavior Technician certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Brittney's role as an RBT was lived out by utilizing her knowledge and expertise to analyze and improve behavior patterns in children and young adolescents. She also utilized effective ABA interventions and/or programs for learning environments.Brittney holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavior Analysis from Savannah State University. She plans to obtain a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology. Brittney Has obtained seven years of Experience in Early childhood education as an Assistant Teacher and transitioned to Kindergarten Camp Counselor (TTK) under the authority of Wesley Community Centers of Savannah INC. and The Lady Bamford Center Site. Brittney is currently a Childcare Service provider and Registration representative for Parent University- Savannah, Ga. Brittney is the former Assistant Cheer Coach under the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) of Calvary Day School (2017-2019)- where she conducted Cheer practices, advanced level cheer routines, fitness workouts, and conducted Leadership services within the teams- through motivational speeches, Practical life skills, and service within the community.
