I've worked: ✽ across industries (health, tech, consulting, higher education, manufacturing + beyond) ✽ with small businesses (10 - 300 employees) ✽ across state lines (multi-state payrolls, experienced in all 50 states) ✽ on Upwork (with a 100% job success rate) ✽ on complex projects (leveraging my SHRM-SCP certification)In 2021 I was selected as a keynote speaker at the Detroit HR Summit, where I spoke on "How to thrive in a changing work environment."In 2022 I completed the New Leaders Council, Leadership Development Training Program. I also was invited to join HR.com's Advisory Board.In 2023 I led a workshop at the Annual HR Advisory on "Designing Compensation Structures." My session was sold out. I also participated in a Mental Health in the workplace think tank with powerhouse Natasha Bowman and co-authored a white paper.In 2024, sponsored by ADP and Kapnick insurance I facilitated a second offering of my Designing Pay Structures workshop.To date I have authored over 60 articles in various publications including Fast Company, SHRM, HR.comFor my clients I have: ✽ developed a Management Development program and piloted it with a California based client. ✽ developed a recruitment and onboarding program to turn around a 40% turnover rate with a law firm client. ✽ developed a new organizational structure that leverages expertise and the gig economy.Since then, I have grown Savvy and our team continues to thrive in supporting your competitive advantage.
