Main responsibly is to provide day to day support for the SAP R3 system and its users. This role also involves providing low level support to several interfaced systems.Prioritising incoming support & development calls and filtering out to my team those calls that I cannot provide support on.Also analyse new functionality requests and assign to the relevant developer to build.In this role I also have been given the access to take on the smaller developments, like creating new reports and a few small functional programs.I have also been given the opportunity to act as a programmer on a recent project, to build a new interface between a materials demand forecast tool and the SAP R3 system using SAP ALE technology.

Team lead for a group of three Business Analyst's, handling the communication and translation of business requirements in to functional specifications.Lead role was to insure that common message's were provided to all three areas of business and host regular update meetings and to provide help to team when needed.

Main role was to batch the day's cheques payments Reconciliation the bank statements and allocate to customers accountsHelped setup an auto allocation process and trained my team.Helped setup a new purchase card allocation process and allocated all card payments for three years

Main responsibly is to maintain the purchase card system.Take calls from customers and assist where ever possible.Produce copy delivery notes or Invoices where ever needed for my customers.Manually Charge all transactions that the main system will not accept.I have made several changes while in this role. The biggest of those changes was developing and implementing a manual charge database with all necessary tools required.

Main role is to run 300+ reports per month for customers.I have converted this role from using a simple spreadsheet to using Microsoft access and have created a database with all the information and tools needed to efficiently perform this role. (Without any prior experience of access).Since I have taken on the role I have reduced the time involved by half. And on several occasions down to 1/3 of that timeMaintain the billing system in the team's absence.
