-Managing the maintenance and landscaping of various commercial and residential properties including apartments, multi-million dollar homes, neighborhood entrances/common area, business complexes and religious facilities-Locating and initiating new business and clients-Coordinating all aspects of landscaping for different builders, homeowners, and business owners-Overseeing hiring for all employees and subcontractors, and effectively assessing individual capabilities, interests and integrity.-Purchasing of all company related assets and materials needed for different jobs-Performing routine maintenance on equipment for optimal functioning capabilities-Generic property repairs and improvements (fences, paver installation, roof repair, landscape lighting, irrigation systems etc.)
