Medical Sales Representative/Center Manager

As a sales representative, I actively seek referrals to grow active accounts, as well as, develop new accounts each week. I am responsible for obtaining a predetermined number of Oxygen, Home PT/INR, Non-invasive Home Ventilators, CPAP, Oximetry Testing, Nebulizer, and Nebulized Aerosol Medication referrals per month. I Achieved #1 Center for Oxygen growth nationwide Q1 & Q2 of 2018. Consistently a regional top performer in MDINR & Oxygen growth. I have developed expert skills in cold calling, building relationships, and more importantly maintaining relationships with medical professionals in the Tuscaloosa area. My sales energy is focused on Hospitals, Pulmonologists, Cardiologists, Neurologists, Internists, Primary Care, Discharge Planners, Case Management, Respiratory Therapists, Home Health Agencies and Assisted Living Facilities.As a Center Manager I promote growth of Respiratory products in order to meet monthly quotas. I efficiently manage a team of service technicians, customer service representatives, and health care specialists to reach quotas by monthly deadlines. I also maintain patient satisfaction, and resolve any issues as needed. I coordinate scheduling among employees while making sure the center is compliant with current health care guidelines. I control inventory and purchase equipment as needed. I implement Lincare safety programs, maintain training records, and remain in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that apply to DOT and FDA. The above responsibilities of a Center Manager all while managing my sales accounts, and actively seeking new referrals.
