Responsible for product quality guidelines, client satisfaction, and cost analysis methods and processes. Provides senior cost analysis services for the Aegis Weapons System and has experience analyzing software cost data and developing software-based cost estimates. In supporting NSWCDD Code V11, directly interfaces with leadership, program managers, and field engineers in order to guide and influence the type of data being collected, how the data are being used, how information is reported, and consistent methods of cost estimating. Interfaces with government subject-matter-experts to ensure guidance is being followed and to influence future guidance where applicable. Though heavily focused in software development, cost estimates also include software sustainment, hardware procurement and sustainment, industrial base development, and multi-system live fire test events. Members of this office collectively take and develop ideas/process improvements sourced from their peer group and use data analysis and strategy to categorically implement the most promising suggestions from the work-force. Any inaccuracy directly affects the lives of American Soldiers, (as well as soldiers of nations allied to the United States), US National Security, and the security of any nations that are involved with Israel and the US in active conflicts, these are numerous. Many of my duties & accomplishments remain classified and are unavailable for this post.As a Sergeant, I was tasked with the leadership, supervision, training, and responsibilities associated with 12 soldiers. Upon my promotion to Staff Sergeant I was further tasked as the sole shift leader responsible for the leading, training, and accuracy of reporting from the individuals under my command as well as responsibilities associated with running a shift.
