As the co-founder and CEO of SMITH&SAINT, I lead the vision and strategy of our boutique talent agency, while also representing a handful of clients and developing a team of passionate and skilled talent agents. My pipeline looked something like: saw Jerry Maguire and dreamed of becoming an agent; went to law school in furtherance of that dream; served as in-house counsel for a high-performing AdTech company and gained invaluable experience in corporate law and start-ups; broke into the influencer marketing industry around its inception, providing consulting services and dabbling in influencing myself; founded SMITH&SAINT with the mission to provide unparalleled representation for the next generation of athletes, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs. My most important job, though, is being the mom of my two daughters, and setting an example for them on a daily basis that when you dream big, work hard, and are kind to everyone you meet, nothing is impossible.
