I produced data insights that measure the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy to provide some clarity in uncertain times.I produce LinkedIn's official United States Workforce Report, a monthly report that uses LinkedIn data to describe the state of the U.S. labor market. As cashiers are threatened by automation, I discovered the most common jobs that cashiers transition to. I investigated hypotheses on how members were changing their position start dates and set up automated SQL data pulls for the LinkedIn Hiring Rate.Sales Operations: I built a Tableau dashboard that facilitated how hundreds of Relationship Managers (RMs) globally followed up with clients. This process included using SQL and taking NPS survey data to create tasks in Salesforce and then using SQL to pull data into a Tableau.Sales Effectiveness Operations (SEFF Ops): I worked on product strategy for SEFF Ops's data-driven coaching product. Using product usage metrics, I deveoped a model to define user types in order to create an engagement strategy for each user segment.LinkedIn for Good: LinkedIn is connecting members of underserved communities with career mentors by teaching nonprofits to leverage our platform. I created training content to equip these nonprofits and developed the strategy for tracking key pilot program metrics.

The United Way of North Central Mississippi seeks to empower local nonprofits such as Boys and Girls Club and Red Cross through financial and volunteer contributions. I interviewed United Way member agencies to assess their financial and volunteer needs. To supply those volunteer needs, I coordinated outreach at my former high school to build United Way's volunteer base. Lastly, I planned and managed the 2013 United Way Campaign Kickoff.
