Senior Localisation Project Manager
CurrentI am responsible for ensuring that all aspects of my customers’ projects work well through detailed planning of all projects with budgets and measurement of performance to plan. I manage the Production Teams (internal and or vendors in various different geographical locations) involved during the project life cycle, communicating at all levels both internally and with the customer. At the same time maintaining a strong working relationship with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure that every sales opportunity is maximised together with customer satisfaction.Typical tasks include, preparing forecasts, quotes, schedules, work plans, budgets, invoices and purchase orders.Locating and managing resources, acting as liaison between Clients and Sales/Translation/Engineer/DTP/ Recording teams.Ensuring ISO standards are maintained through out the project life cycle. Identifying ways customers or internal departments may improve their processes for better quality and more cost effective results. Conduct post project reviews.
