Bjorn Lundberg is of counsel in Stradling’s debt finance practice. He has broad debt finance experience which includes representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, institutional lenders and arrangers in connection with a diverse range of financing transactions in a variety of industries. His expertise includes, among other things, first and second lien financings, asset-based financings, dividend recapitalizations and acquisition financings.Prior to joining Stradling, Mr. Lundberg spent seven years practicing in the finance department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Los Angeles. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2008, Mr. Lundberg worked in the finance practice group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York.
