Technical Support Consultant
Current- Provide technical support to clients, suppliers and resellers and resolve issues with the use of their ERP software systems and third party software integration.
- Receive, lodge and resolve upwards of 60 tickets per week.
- Refer clients to other departments for licensing, consultation or training services as appropriate.
- Establish a positive rapport with clients, suppliers and resellers to ensure that their needs are met and that any concerns are handled in a satisfactory manner.
