In the strategic follow-up of the brand in entering the UK and Ireland market, the opportunity arose to integrate the commercial department in the export area in parallel with the functions already performed. The experience with the sales force team brought the need to evaluate selling processes. After evaluation, a new relationship marketing plan was created by the commercial department regarding the relationship with the customer in the presentation of solutions, products and the business model.

I was promoted to communication manager, assuming the responsibilities of all communication channels of the brand and the management of the team of two elements , I coordinated the participation in shows such as:Security Essen 2018 - Essen, (Commercial Support during the show);Decorhotel 2019 - Lisbon, (Commercial Support during the show).

Increased responsibility in the development of visual identity and creation of graphic arts and gifts for shows:Sicurreza 2017 - Milan, (Commercial Support during the show);Sicur 2018 - Madrid, (Commercial Support during the shows).

Professional internship with IEFP for nine months, where I did development of visual identity and creation of graphic arts.

During the period I was in this company, I performed several functions:Designer - I developed a new visual identity and cooperative image;Operations Assistant - Created new operational processes in the company in order to optimize routes and use of products;Assistant in Team Management - Along with the management, we established new work dynamics within the team;Commercial - Dealt directly with the client portfolio, budgeting, invoicing and collection process.
