iLoja® is the leading company when it comes to Apple repairs. Most of our repairs are done within 30 to 45 minutes and we offer in-store warranties that actually work as we're guided by strong values when it comes to customer satisfaction.In 2019 I've been given the opportunity to acquire a stake of iLoja® and since then I've been responsible for multiple improvements that made us more competitive, more lucrative and ultimately more connected as a company:- Developed and (still) maintaining a complete digital (all-in-one) solution for iLoja® management that includes the following: website, invoicing and management software, CRM at scale with business analytics and intelligence, containing multiple integrations with suppliers, shipping companies and external API's for the repair-side of the business. Externally, this enabled us to provide our customers with a more realistic and premium digital experience, with a huge reinforcement of pre-sale and post-sale processes that really reflect what our company is about. Internally, iLoja® has become more effective and organized than ever, with more control over the business and able to scale phisically and digitally at anytime.- This year (2020) I've been responsible for giving iLoja® a new direction when it comes to the services that we provide and the markets that we're operating. After launching the "all-in-one" solution mentioned above, we've sucessfully been able to expand to multi-brand repairs (now taking care of your Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and One Plus devices!) while keeping everything organized, properly managed and cost-effective. We have more than 9.500 unique products/parts/acessories (SKU's).- Launching and entering the refurbished phones market, dealing with the suppliers directly, both for the phones itself and all the branded goods. I've setup the most accurate buyback and analysis program in the market.- Responsible for all the marketing campaigns with big focus on SEO, PPC and Social Media.
