Current-Responsible for hiring and oversight of Football Operations Intern position.-Team administrator for the Bill Walsh Minority Fellowship.-Communicator amongst team roster using text message, e-mail, and Teamworks.-Oversee the implementation of Teamworks. Main administrator for the operating system.-Coordinate and execute logistics involving Rookie Mini Camp, OTAs and Training Camp.-Coordinate and execute logistics involving the NFL Scouting Combine (coordinating and reimbursing travel to and from Kansas City, lodging, daily transportation, provide schedule, organize team spaces, etc.).-Assist in various capacities during on-field practices including spotting the ball, set-up and tear-down of individual running back drills, snap ball to quarterbacks, operate JUGS machine, etc.-Advance traveler for pre-season and regular season road games.-Primary contact for all home hotel stays.-Lead contact for ground transportation and equipment trucking associated with team travel.-Assist scouting department with creating itineraries and coordinating movements for college prospects, free agents and traded players alike.-Primary contact for coordinating player relocation process.-Primary administrator for expense reports related to coaching staff.-Liaison between payroll department and team roster regarding payroll onboarding and all other necessary financial information.-Create and manage meal schedule for all team operations.-Lead contact for all food vendors providing services to team.
