As a member of the Professional Services (PS) Operations/PMO team; I supported the NSW Professional Services business and Project Managers in delivering successful and profitable projects. My role was to provide support and guidance to the Project Delivery teams, financial input to the business regarding project profitability and financial risk, manage project budgets and high-volume invoicing processes as well as acting as a subject Matter Expert for NTT’s user facing Project Management System and the integrated Finance System.

As the Resource Coordinator for the Digital Workplace team, I was responsible for coordinating and assigning resources from the team of 40+ Technical consultants and Engineers, ensure workable project plans, manage and maintain resource utilisation and resource schedules, and demand fulfillment.I would work closely with the Project Management team to co-ordinate activities and resources in support of projects that impact multiple departments, systems/workflows with low to moderate risk complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk or complexity.
