Reports directly to the owner.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀⇒ Using social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to create and maintain the company’s brand.⇒ Working directly with owners to develop social media marketing campaigns.⇒ Manage and oversee social media content.⇒ Keeping updated with current trends and audience preferences.⇒ Reporting on social media data in regard to number of followers, likes, shares etc.⇒ Creating original text and content and completing post edits. ⇒ Managing the company’s online image/reputation in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals and keep within the required aesthetic of the company.⇒ Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content.⇒ Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness including promotions and competitions.⇒ Assisting with packaging in factory including quality control etc.⇒ Professional photography of products used to be sent to clients who stock products in their shops as well as for the website.

Part-time position, with work completed in own time, outside of full-time work hours. Assist customers in creating places that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing by assessing space requirements, identifying the best furniture placements, and selecting decorative items. Analyses space's movement and patterns. Prepares sketches and other visual aids to demonstrate basic designs, interacts with clients regarding materials needed for projects, and establishes project timelines.

⇒ Compiling site certificates: Collected and quantified work completed on site, compiling the site certificate for payment. This entailed completing payment certificates for the sub-contractors.⇒ Preparation for meetings: Responsibilities involved updating documents and spreadsheets for the site agent’s management meeting, which included claim schedules, cash flow and forecasting, monthly costs vs budget. Along with any additional administrator work required from the site agent.

⇒ Testing & Supervising: Tested main waterline and; Supervised and managed installation of the process of connecting homes to the main waterline⇒ Surveying: Assigned the task of designing and setting out the levels for the widening of a road using as-builds from the existing road. Ensured rain water flowed to the catch pits. Additionally, supervised the installation and checking of the levels & quality of storm water pipes and ducts.⇒ Assigned the task of constructing a parking bay which included: Inspection of layer works and designing and installation of storm water channels to ensure that rain water flows to the channels. ⇒ Assigned the task of constructing an entire side-walk, 7 km’s long. Inspection of layer works & quality.

⇒ Surveying: Responsible for the level traversing of the entire site.⇒ Supervising & Surveying: Supervised the installation and checked the levels & quality of storm water pipes, ducts and culvert structures.⇒ Health and Safety: Ensured labourer's had the correct site attire, equipment and/or obey health and safety rules.

⇒ Quantity Surveyor: Worked alongside a supervisor, provided data for meetings and monthly payments, i.e. work done to date, estimations, supervising, and construction costs.⇒ Health and Safety: Ensured labourer's had the correct site attire, equipment and/or obeyed health and safety rules.⇒ Quality Assurance: Supervised all construction work according to the clients’ needs and standards, i.e. checked quality of sidewalks (base, sub base, asphalt, curb and channels) and overall build quality.
