We provide a fun, team focused, competitive event in the darkest days of the cold winter months to help rowers stay focused on their training and future performance for the upcoming spring season. Proceeds benefit Greater Lawrence Community Boating, which provides water safety, boating and waterfront programs for the City of Lawrence and surrounding communities. 2016 introduces workshop sessions for rowers, coaches, and parents addressing topics such as athlete nutrition, off-season strength & conditioning, and youth coaching, that will surround multiple team-based events, relays, and traditional 2k racing.
