Working with higher education institutions across Canada on their strategy, operating models, organizational and process design

Airbnb is argued to be one of the most transformative developments in the tourism sector. I am conducting this research motivated by the desire to increase insights into variables affecting host performance on the platform and further explore how the Covid 19 pandemic has impacted Canadian tourism trends. This research uses SPSS, InsideAirbnb, and Tableau.

• Taught sections of communication and marketing courses to over 30 university students• Advised students on how to successfully apply marketing and communication theory to practical projects and provided extensive feedback on course evaluations

Wellington County's Talent Attraction program undertook a Welcoming and Inclusion survey with the purpose of understanding the extent to which the County is welcoming and inclusive to newcomers.
