Specialising in the delivery of projects in the education space, specifically in Higher Education. I’m focussed on driving strategy to ensure the organisation's key commercial objectives are achieved. I have over 13 years project management experience and highly developed project management competencies to deliver consistent, aligned and successful projects within governance frameworks. My recent successes include the 3-year strategic plan and the rollout of the annual product plan framework, which ensures product and GTM alignment to deliver key business goals. I have expertise managing all aspects of project planning and execution, in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex multi-faceted organisations.
