Development Intern for Scout Clean Energy, with a primary focus on assisting the East Region Project Managers and the larger development team. Manage processing Scout's wind, solar, and battery facility agreements, running monthly lease payment and extension reports, and conducting competitor analysis research within multiple ISOs & RTOs. Also assist with creating and maintaining multiple project real estate schedules.

My co-chair and I are responsible for overseeing the Sustainability Chairs for UCSB's greek chapters as well as our interns. We work directly with the Green Business Program of Santa Barbara, the Goleta Water District, Santa Barbara's Traffic Solutions, and Santa Barbara County Resource Recovery & Waste Management Division to make UCSB greek life more sustainable and to achieve Green Business Certification for the chapter houses.

In my role as Property Administration Intern, I was responsible for processing Scout's wind and solar lease agreements, running monthly lease payment and lease expiration reports, managing lease and utility payments for two of Scout's field offices, assisting project managers, and conducting competitor research regarding PJM, SPP, and MISO interconnection queue standings.

Served as the Sustainability Chair for Pi Beta Phi and worked with UCSB Greeks Go Green as a member of the Green Certification Committee to assist the chapter house in meeting California Green Business requirements.

Worked in a customer service position at Glacier for two summers.

Worked part-time as a cashier and later busser at Vic's Espresso.
