• Accompany patients to exam/procedure rooms and assist with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam.• Manages the daily flow of patients through the office including greeting patients, preparing patients for examination, screening for information, and giving instruction on collection of samples and tests if applicable.• Perform and record patient medical history, vitals, symptoms and/or conditions if applicable.• Checks patient’s height and weight if applicable.• Administer screening tests as well as evaluating and recording results if applicable.• Collect patient medical history, and perform screenings per provider instructions.• Assist clinical staff with procedures.• Ensures treatment areas are safe, organized, clean, have well-functioning equipment, and supplies are adequate. Prepare treatment room for next exam.• Complete forms and requisitions as needed as well as manger patient charts to ensure information is complete.• Perform quality control and OSHA logs.• Promote quality patient care and customer satisfaction.• Adhere to all OSHA guidelines.• Process all specimens to send to lab and complete requisitions.

• Greet patients & assist them with check in and check out of appointments; schedule future appointments• Obtain necessary personal & medical history and insurance information from patients/responsible party• File, pull and make new patient charts• Collect patient co pays and have patients sign consent forms if necessary

• Work Study in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education• Perform clerical work by filing student paperwork, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments with academic advisors for students, answer general questions

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, display and light cleaning• Efficiently help customers check out in a timely manner• Work as a team player to ensure that each customer receives the best service experience possible
