Our team, with my guidance as the co-data steward for HR, ensure that insights and data accessibility align with strategic goals.Previously, my leadership at Schneider empowered a new team to internalize reporting support, successfully managing over 600 requests during a major shift to Oracle cloud. The team's collaborative efforts, under my direction, resulted in streamlined financial data management and strategic reporting solutions, contributing significantly to the organization's transition period.
