Key position highlights include:► Redesigned and successfully integrated best-in-class operational framework that spiked gross profits, tripled processing productivity, and eliminated an 800+ request backlog. ► Beta-tested new software, pioneered one of the 1st integrations, and transitioned 75 sites to the new system in 4-months. ► Integrating new BOT technology that will reduce data input time from 4 minutes to only 48 seconds. ► Eliminated a 6-month payment delay at a major hospital by implemented an existing, but unused, eDelivery tool.
