I am a Production Supervisor at the Sonoco Holyoke Mill, overseeing our Shipping and Receiving departments and managing a team of 9 hourly union employees. My responsibilities include trucking logistics, inventory management for raw materials and finished goods, personnel management and discipline, and executing cost-saving/process improvement projects.Prior to this role, I spent 4.5 years as a Process Engineer at the Sonoco Holyoke and Hartsville Mills. In my 2 years as a PE II in Holyoke, MA, I gained experience in various aspects of paper mill operations, including environmental permitting, capital project budgeting and execution, and quality program management. Before that, I was in Hartsville, SC for 2.5 years where I was the Process Engineer in the Stock Preparation department.I graduated from NC State University in 2019 with a BS in Paper Science and Engineering and a certificate in Sustainable Materials and Technology. I currently live in Easthampton, MA.
