I've been fortunate enough to learn from subject matter experts in remote sensing, data analysis, engineering design and programming. I’m a Program Manager for the UAS section and a UAS subject matter expert for the Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters Aviation and Remote Systems Program. I am the UAS Community of Practice Lead and manage the East Coast Aviation Cadre. I have experience in design, technical reviews, digital terrain and elevation models, inspections of structures, 3d data processing, creating websites and dashboards, developing and testing apps, writing technical reports, emergency operations and most importantly whatever it takes to get the job done. Seriously, no job is beneath me nor too far out of reach. I feel most accomplished when I find efficiencies in existing workflows or processes. I really enjoy jumping into a project or program, learning how all the moving pieces work together and then developing a strategy to make it better. Probably the engineer in me but one of the things I love most about my job is finding efficiencies and capitalizing on them. That ultimately translates to saving or making money for the organization but I really enjoy it. I'm always willing to train people that want to learn and encourage anyone that will listen to me to chase after their biggest dreams. Perseverance always prevails.
