About Brooke Williams
I began my early career a little lost and confused about what I wanted to do with my life. Thankfully, I found my passion in the recruitment space - working with early career professionals, creating a fun, inclusive, collaborative environment where they can explore resources and learning opportunities to identify their passion and be that helping hand I reached for years ago. I enjoy building relationships, assisting with learning and development, and contributing to the success of other individuals.I have experience running an internship program as a one man team - from conception to completion - requests, budget, operations, recruitment, program planning and program management. I’ve assisted in entry-level full-time recruitment and prior to working on the university team, I spent 4 years supporting a talent acquisition team as a coordinator - building relationships, coordinating schedules, and planning events.I am looking for an opportunity where I can help develop professionals - whether that is in a University Recruiting role, working with early career professionals or in a Learning and Development role, facilitating onboarding or training for all kinds of professionals. University Recruitment Program Specialist
Responsible for 6 internship cohorts encompassing 200+ interns.
