Owned full cycle intern recruiting, budget, SWAG, hiring operations, onboarding and training for interns and managers, social media and blog marketing management. Facilitated program through strategic program and calendar planning, management, and execution for 10 to 12-week programs. Events included networking, professional development, social and team-building events.
