After 15 years as a marketing leader focused on brand and positioning strategies for global non-profits and Fortune 500 companies, I recognized a gap in the market. This realization led to a key question: "What if we could help change initiatives move more effectively through an organization?" We call this approach Change Marketing — marketing change to employees with the same care as product launches to external customers.
