After 15 years as a marketing leader focused on brand and positioning strategies for global non-profits and Fortune 500 companies, I recognized a gap in the market. In large organizations, even the best marketing campaigns or innovative brands can be diminished by what we call the "corporate blender," losing their full potential. This realization led to a key question: "What if we could help change initiatives move more effectively through an organization?" We call this approach Change Marketing — marketing change to employees with the same care as product launches to external customers. Like marketing, we start by listening to the employee audience, then craft a compelling story, and bring it to life through internal communication channels.
