Responsibilities:⋅ Responsible for the development and posting of all job requisitions through Taleo ATS, internet job boards, professional and diversity organizations.⋅ Communicate with marketing team regarding social media postings.⋅ Source candidates through social media, talent pipeline, and Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn and Indeed.⋅ Review incoming resumes, forward potential candidates to hiring managers and phone screen as needed.⋅ Establishment of strategic staffing relationships with each of your senior-level division leaders.⋅ Conduct regular workforce review meetings with division leaders to understand staffing levels and enhance the ability to forecast and address upcoming needs with a talent pipeline of qualified candidates.⋅ Schedule interviews, travel arrangements, initiate background checks, develop offer letters and on-board all new hires.⋅ Maintain responsibility for managing the University Recruitment Program with the addition of new and existing schools, seek out individuals with strong ties to each school and assign roles of Student Advisor or University Champion.⋅ Manage the career fair agenda, GS&P branded materials for participation, travel schedules, and overall annual expenses and budget for the program.
