A division of View From The Top. I have a broad-based responsibility for overseeing and helping create our digital platform while managing a team of virtual assistants, editors, copywriters and product developers.

I was recently appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) at View From The Top and considered a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions, including the coordination of a virtual staff and group of facilitators.

My role as an executive assistant was fast-paced, with many responsibilities. I believe it's essential to stay organized and to manage time and workspace in a productive manner. I was involved in the start-up phase with View From The Top and I was required to wear many hats including overseeing a team of virtual assistants. As an executive assistant, I kept the executive's calendar, tracking meetings and activities, scheduling conferences, creating and overseeing live events or business travel, and navigating the communication with clients and our facilitators.

We were actively involved in manufacturing products in China and importing and distributing on multiple channels. I was effectively managing multiple medium-sized eCommerce projects and coordinating importing the finished goods. My direct daily activities were to manage the project from start to completion. I was also tasked with managing our small team of virtual assistants, and it was not uncommon to perform other duties as assigned or that appeared very apparent for any small business.
