Taking part in Australia Post wide Design Crits and Design Showcases, presenting my work to the wider Auspost Design teams. I supported my Product Owner when attending working groups, took part as a note taker in front-line working group research sessions and also grooming and elaboration sessions with the development team. I assist the Change Analyst to understand and have up-to-date versions of the new interface and user interactions. Contributed and assisted on a Miro workshop on Design process and used XD and GitHub for prototyping and to develop a User Research Centre including research, style guides and a components library.I worked with a team of dedicated User Researchers and Content Editors to conduct moderated evaluative research. I developed the prototypes, set the structure, context and instructions for these studies. During the sessions I observed, recorded user reactions and when our User Researcher was not available also moderated. Our team analysed the feedback and I altered our prototypes based on the findings then tested again, we used an iterative cycle to perfect the product with our users firmly in mind. Show less
