The research being conducted focuses on understanding the psychological mechanisms and neural pathways underlying memory suppression and attentional control using fMRI imaging techniques, with an emphasis on activity in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. I guide participants through clinical “Think-No-Think” experiments designed to investigate the suppression of unwanted memories. I am actively involved in gathering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to advance the research goals and contribute to a deeper understanding of the neural basis of memory control.
