I have been honored to help usher in a brand new decade for Glantz Design, a full-service strategic design agency, and 2nd Glantz Venture Studio and Advisory. While expanding amazing relationships with our clients, I have focused on seeking new channels for developing Glantz Design's business opportunities. From websites to brand identity to social media to presentation development, we concentrate on thoughtful, purposeful, brilliant design first.

Directed business development efforts for the MPOWR software solution, and my duties crossed many additional lines--marketing, customer outreach, strategic partnerships, community relations and technology. Leading our exploratory development into multiple market segments, mostly in the human services world, was a worthwhile challenge. I pride myself in the network that I built in several non-profit sectors, including United Ways, population health, collective action, community impact, reentry, and economic and workforce development.

TieXchange is a temporary necktie service, naturally enhancing wardrobes across the country.

o Hired and managed E-Desk team, setting up division of responsibilities for 3 team members.o Led efforts to market the bank’s electronic foreign currency trading products through client visits and demos.o Created and gave PowerPoint presentations to bank executives, IT management and sales teams to facilitate the change to electronic trading from established, manual trading methods.o Called on clientele which ranged from small corporations to large institutional trading firms.o Established trading floor procedures for external FX vendor products—FXConnect, Currenex and FXall—and in-house, online trading environments—FxPay and DealStation.

o Automated P&L reporting process using MS Excel macros, tracking daily profits for 15 foreign currency salespeople. o Sold foreign currency products—spot, forward and swap FX—to bank clients, executing deals that resulted in profits over $500,000 in one year.

o Improved reporting of bank’s worldwide exchange trading activity utilizing Excel spreadsheets and Access databases.

o Created spreadsheets to automate bank’s reporting to the Federal Reserve Bank and other regulatory agencies.
