My responsibilities include ensuring that clients receive the services they have purchased and that those services are delivered in a manner that meets and exceeds expectations.I strive to do the following:Successfully maintain client relationships.Manage multiple clients.Act as the “conductor” of services for all assigned relationships.Effectively advise clients and manage client eventsCommunicate new CPU products and initiativesResponsible for networking with clientIdentify opportunities to improve client profitability (revenues up/expenses down)Negotiate contracts effectively and ensure client profitability Establish a positive relationship with each client, as a consultative business partnerRespond to all client inquiries in a timely manner.Assists key clients in implementing and sustaining a strategic plan
