With more and more businesses switching to a subscription based revenue model, its crucial to know how to understand, engage, and predict your audience. By understanding your audience, you can generate more engaging content that connects and creates habits with your customers; whether that is on your own platform or through third party sites like YouTube or LinkedIn.Currently I am the lead business analyst at Real Vision. In my current position I’ve gained extensive knowledge on audience growth, engagement, and content development. I’ve been able to use this knowledge and my skills with analytics to produce subscription renewal forecasts that have +90% accuracy. I've been involved with multiple marketing campaigns, creating targeted email lists based on user behavior. Additionally, I’ve streamlined the KPI reporting process to reduce overall time spent by over 60%.My specialties include consumer behavior, growth hacking, and data analysis.I strongly care for the community I live in and, prior to my recent move to New York, I was very proud to be apart of the Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman.
