Provides agile program and product management for DevOps engagements within Publicis Sapient’s (PS) Public Sector practice. New plan included better quality coverage as well as a reduction in premium payments of nearly 50%.

These implementations cut costs significantly and dramatically improved overall efficiency for the wealth management operations group. • Executed daily Mutual Fund trade orders per Portfolio Manager’s and Client’s requests via the Depository Trust and Clearing Company (DTCC). • Worked one on one with senior level staff including the President of Cardinal’s Wealth Group and Senior Portfolio Managers and Traders.• Responsible for the daily and monthly reconciliations of over 100 individual Wilson Bennett individual brokerage accounts via Axys®, as well as responsive regular client communication.
