As environmental manager, directed the process development, design and installation of a $3 million effluent treatment expansion. An NPDES permit was negotiated and obtained for discharge to a very sensitive receiving water situation. As production superintendent, hourly turnover was reduced 75%, fires were reduced 90%, and productivity increased 25%. Started up a 50% capacity expansion. Reduced lost time accidents from 10 per year to two years accident free.
