As the Business Operations Manager I am responsible for the every day operations of the Larsen office and team. I manage the monthly draw process, human resources, marketing, process development, am the first point of contact for sales, and I make sure our team has everything they need to work effectively. I pride myself on developing my team and building our bench to sustain our business for years to come. I work closely with our local lenders to ensure that the financial investment in our clients new home is a positive and stress free experience while simultaneously running our Instagram, making sure our contracts with vendors are up to date, and creating a community by culture along the way.

I have been promoted to the accounting and permit manager at Larsen, 2014 Mame Custom Home of the Year Winner, and specialize in working in Sage 100 and Co-Construct while helping to ensure our clients houses come in on budget and that payments are released to our trades. I also build relationships with the cities we work in through their building departments so that we can permit our jobs to code. We are currently working in the Wash Park neighborhood of Denver with a few other jobs scattered around the metro area.

My everyday job is to make sure everything is going smoothly in the office while keeping up with client budgets, invoicing, and questions and concerns while building them a custom home.
