- Served on the departments Executive Team, maintaining responsibility for strategic direction, legislative planning, stakeholder relations, crisis management, and state governments largest budget.- Oversaw the state of Minnesota's operated residential and treatment programs serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, chemical dependency, and brain injury as well as people posing risk to public safety.- Managed legislative activities, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, training, and business intelligence functions for the Direct Care and Treatment Administration, which is comprised of 3200 employees working across 200 sites.- Served as department lead for Olmstead Plan implementation, focused on ensuring people with disabilities are able to live , work, and learn in the most integrated settings possible.
